The 2026 A. Parsa Early Learning Award
One-Year, Full-Tuition Award (Preschooler aged 3-5) at Heart + Harmony Kids
The A. Parsa Early Learning Award provides one full year of tuition-free care for one preschooler. This award is designed to expand access to high-quality early childhood education for families experiencing hardship. The award will be granted based on classroom availability at the time of enrollment, and the start date will be scheduled 1–2 weeks after the recipient is announced.
What the Award Covers
1) 100% tuition and enrollment fees for one year
2) Year-round care for preschool aged child (3-5 years of age)
3) Morning and afternoon snacks, classroom supplies, and enrichment activities
4) Potential renewal based on continued eligibility and positive participation Lunch must be provided from home
Who Should Apply
Families facing hardship (financial, medical, family-related, or other significant challenges)
Children between 6 weeks and 4 years old
Residents of Hilliard, Ohio

The recipient must meet the same requirements as all private-paying families, including completion of licensing paperwork, consistent attendance, and adherence to school policies and behavior standards.
We reserve the right to withdraw the award and discontinue enrollment if a child or parent does not uphold these expectations, but our goal will always be to work together toward a positive and cooperative relationship.
